      Pros

      Flexibility in time and time sheet entry. More time for completion of work.

      Cons

      They want you to leave after 3-4 years so that they can hire someone and show some hiring stuffs. Not good to stay from long time specially for outsiders(As local employee are ready to work for less salary for whom the salary amount is their saving amount). Thats the reason TechM prefer local employees than outsiders. Bahadurpally Hyderabad campus is very bad. Its like staying in Jungle(As they have zoo in office campus). Infrastracture is worse.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
