Pros
I joined the organization when it was Mahindra Satyam (i.e. in transition to become Tech Mahindra). So, it was a decent company to work for during the first half of my tenure there but, as now it has become Tech Mahindra, let me provide the Pros for that only: -> Decent name to get your profile attached to (Mahindra's) -> Most of the projects are support related, so, no deadlines but day to day tensions which depends on project to project. -> Can make a network if you are on bench ( ;) happpens everywhere though). -> If you are good at bargaining, you can get a good package as a lateral hire. Atleast take the offer letter.
Cons
Most the people look for this column (human mentality) - -> Very less salary hikes -> Not enough good projects left now -> Lot of politics at management level -> Lot of regionalism (way beyond you can expect).
