Pros
having so many clients in and around the world, will get good exposure if you get an opportunity to work fro multiple clients.
Cons
HR and Finance team is not reachable and will not supportive There is no proper trainings and career growth buttering and bucketing works more than talent and dedication to get opportunity... Salary part I don't want comment as you will not get anything once you join this organization... I never ever recommend this to any of my friends
