      Nice trainer, but misleading recruitment and low pay - Associate Customer Support Tech Mahindra Employee Review

      The trainer was nice. Met some good people.

      Cons

      Heap of lies right from the recruitment process. After successfully completing all rounds of interviews, assessments offered a higher package and just one day prior of onboarding changed the offer letter and reduced the package. Balant lies during recruitment process regarding salary. No information about variable pay during recruitment process. No scope to learn some new skills. Absolutely zero access to outlook(emails) Note: This does not apply to all the campus or process. This is for Tech Mahindra Limited Campus 2.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
