      1. Work life balance. 2. Work from home setup (for the mean time)

      Cons

      1. The biggest drawback is the decoupling of promotions and salary adjustments. While you may be recognized with a new title and increased responsibilities, the corresponding salary alignment doesn't always happen immediately. 2. There can be a significant lag between stepping into a more senior role and seeing that reflected in your paycheck, which can be frustrating if you’re looking for instant market-rate adjustments.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
