      Pros

      Better to stay away from this company. TLC also operate with SaburiTLC pvt. ltd and Saburi TLC World Wide services.

      Cons

      Long hours job without any over time pay You have to work on week offs as well Too many abuse on floor by supervisors and managers They treat employee like they own them. Make them work 7 days a week. If you complaint they ask you to resign and move away. Full and final process is not easy, you have to go through labour court in order to get your salary.

      There is nothing positive about this company.

      Cons

      Every Tech Live Connect (TLC) employee has been taught to commit fraudulent activities online; often by calling an unsuspected victim, or by providing their phone number with a fake pop-up "virus" claiming that your PC is in danger; and to call said number.
