Pros

Via its relationship with SmithBucklin, Tech Image offers the resources (employee benefits, soft benefits, office location) of a large company with a small-company feel. The agency has grown significantly in the past year, moving into larger office space, and maintains excellent relationships with its clients. For employees, leadership sets clear expectations for employees and what employees can expect in terms of career growth. Excellent work-life balance, with rare needs for significant late night and/or weekend work.

Cons

The company is primarily marketing support (PR, social media, content) and could diversify its offerings more.

Pros

A fantastic group of people and interesting clients if you work in tech. Smaller agency setting allowed for frequent collaboration and a friendly work environment.

Cons

Boutique agency, so fewer internal networking opportunities.

Pros

- Easy location from the burbs - Many of the clients are very friendly and open to your team's input - Nice building - Small agency, but employees are friendly and collaborative

Cons

- Contrary to what I mentioned in pros, the staff is very overworked and under-appreciated for the work they do. This is also compounded by the fact that management forces unrealistic performance expectations on such a small team - Despite what you might be told when first starting, management does not put their employees' well-being first - The new management there created a hostile work environment to employees. Some client recap meetings turned into prolonged temper tantrums which hurt employee morale and detracted from actual work. The workplace bullying is unprofessional and very demoralizing. - Management will not fix serious issues when pointed out - Unrealistic deadlines for major projects - Management does not give many of the stellar employees the recognition they so rightly deserve - It was already mentioned, but the larger SmithBucklin company offers little to no support
