Cons
I encountered several challenges during my tenure at this company, which I feel are important to share for those considering employment here.
Firstly, there was noticeable management conflict, particularly between the CEO and the Chairman. This conflict often impacted decision-making processes and the overall direction of the company. The CEO, in my experience, demonstrated tendencies that could be perceived as egoistic, and the Chairman appeared to prioritize personal gains over employee welfare and company health.
Financial instability was another significant issue. Regrettably, I still haven't received my salary for two months. When the topic of financial improvement was raised, such as through fundraising, the response was often deferred to resolving management conflicts first. However, the resolution seemed to focus more on internal power dynamics, especially concerning the CEO and the co-founder/Chairman.
There is no work life balance, and it is frowned upon to ask for even SICK LEAVES!
Due to these experiences, I find it difficult to recommend this company as a favorable workplace. The environment created by the management conflicts and the financial instability significantly affected my professional experience here.
