Pros
It's a big group n based in Ajman. So most probably better job security than smaller companies. The company is owned by the member of the ruling family so good/secure business.
Cons
Unstable finance/accounts management. During my job of almost 3 years, there were many CFOs. The CEO won't let any CFO stay for long. Not much chance of growth. Also, very little chances of learning. I worked a lot of overtime there for nothing. High employee turnover.
