This is an excellent company to work for. As an employee, it feels great to be surrounded by such hard-working individuals who strive for success as a team. There are a lot of talented people here and it creates this natural aura of motivation and a healthy competition to do better each day. Leadership is very active and takes part in day to day activities and meetings. It's a very flat organization so your hard work and success does not go unnoticed. Your wins are definitely celebrated! Personally, it feels great to work at a place where I am challenged to perform and take on more responsibility everyday. It's amazing how much I have learned here, to be able to apply it on a daily basis and watch my career grow. I look forward to going to work each day and I cannot be thankful enough for the opportunities that have been given to me.
