      - Cross functional exposure across the Company.

      Cons

      - Salary not disbursed on time. - No work timings. - All the decision making lies with the CEO. - Cannot learn and be in one function for more than a year. - Company does not keeps promises, took away the Loyalty Bonus of the Employees last Financial year. - Attrition rate is very high. - You might work under a person who is less educated and experienced than you if the CEO wants. - Unstable work environment.

      Very entrepreneurial. Operational freedom with accountability. Little hierarchy and zero politics. Fast growth and exposure to multiple functions

      Will not survive if you are not passionate about what you do . cash flow issues
