Pros
Good hours. Some travel around city which was a nice change from sitting in a stuffy back room waiting for a phone to ring.
Cons
No room for job growth. No salary increase. Benefits were promised and never given. No actual specific customer account training given. High expectations for assumptions and/or knowledge of customer specific systems. Employee relations between management were very poor. Often felt "looked down on" and taken advantage of.
