      Great place, good salary, nice people, easy to manage working hours, good infrastructure and nice surroundings. The work rithm is well paced so you'll have time to think on the best solution and working on it without much interference.

      Cons

      Projects depending on outdated technologies, absence of career plan, not clear how to progress.
