      There are no pros On time salary but not always they do delay sometimes

      Low salary Internal politics and hierarchy No growth They cheat their clients they say they have office in UK and US wich is not true they only have functional office in chennai No work life balance No professionalism

      It was great to be a part of a firm that is constantly seeking new ways to better and innovate. Definitely kept things interesting!

      Cons

      Rapid evolution often necessitated immediate changes to plans. I wish there were more designated quiet areas for focused work.

      The "hiring" process was exceptionally quick.... Alarmingly so...

      I never once got paid on time, nor was I ever paid accurately.
