Best reason to work here: 1. You don't have to have knowledge of IPR to work in this firm, if you know data entry work this company is highly recommended for you. 2. If you want to learn how to grow in a particular company without actually working and without knowing anything about work, this company is highly recommended. 3. If you want to learn politics and grow, this company is highly recommended. 4. If you want to just learn about copy-pasting and have no need to learn for future growth and development, this company is highly recommended. 5. If you are a girl and if you want to stay in Delhi, and if you do not know any thing about patents, that's fine, this company is highly recommended for you, you will have many advantages here, like appraisal may be after every 6 months,get to go home early, no need to work extra on Saturday's and many more favors from management. 6. If you want a break from you busy work life (experienced professions who actually work hard), this company is recommended.

Please note: If i will mention few cons, i may not make justice with other cons that i will be not writing. However, it is worth mentioning that, you will not get your relieving letter, experience letter or any such thing in this firm.

There is no reason to work. Its a place not to let anyone join to spoil the career.

I was a girl employee there. I just want to share that - They hire freshers and just before the confirmation ask them to leave. They get fresh and energetic resources in mere few thousands. Use them to the fullest and later on at the end of probation will somehow get a resignation from your side. They create a scene in which you are asked to decide whether to continue or not. Ultimately you give up after facing huge humiliation. They create a tremendous pressure so that you leave the organisation and resign before confirmation. They pay you like a dog in probation period and give a fake promise of paying 20000 pm after confirmation, which never happens. Yes, if you are referred by some of the closest employees to the management(so called management), then you are in a government office. However, there is no management. Few idiots sit together and run a shop. However, Pradeep is the most biggest fraud, I have ever come across. Mohit acts as a sweet poison along with him. However, they have a Copyright of doing fraud with candidates who dream of a good future in IP. This shop finishes the career. Never think of getting any relieving or experience certificate.
