Pros

Hire you, work you for 6 months, fire you, move on to the next one. They try to say that the employees can't be trusted, people were shady, lazy, etc but in all reality, this company has no clue what their employees put in and sacrifice.

Cons

Nepotism Employee favoritism Small-minded family-owned business Poor management Poor systems and processes Lack of clear and concise communication and expectations from management and ownership Divisions within the company are dysfunctional to say the least No vacation until 1 year or whatever the policy is why don't you go ahead and try to figure that one out Pay is EXTREMELY LOW

Pros

* Well known local brand with strong brand recognition * Opportunity to develop business development and networking skills * Exposure to home services, restoration and service operations * Some talented and hardworking employees throughout the organization

Cons

* Leadership and culture concerns negatively impacted the employee experience. * Decision making often felt reactive, rather than strategic * High pressure environment with inconsistent communication and expectations * Limited opportunities for career development outside of sales production * Employee morale and retention appear to be ongoing challenges Teasdale Fenton is a recognizable brand with strong reputation in the market, but my experience was impacted by cultural and leadership challenges that made long-term success difficult. Employees who thrive in highly driven, fast-paced environments may find opporunities here, but improvements in communication, leadership accountability and strategy and employee development would significantly strengthen this organization.
