It just has an amazing pool of skills, personalities and nationalities. Very flexible environment, understanding bosses and I personally have had a lot to learn and grow. I would owe my success at landing the next job to this company.

Completely virtual. So much so that we dont get to spend as much time learning from others compared to the same team working at least a couple days in the office together.
The pay range is a little low since its a small company and they mainly outsource work, so being in the Western part of the world and working for them might be challenging.
