Pros
Your salary is nice but you have to work hard to earn your commission and meet your target you have to put all hands on deck...you cam work from home, fast pace environment, always on the go.
Cons
Under pressure every week to forecast a weekly target I thought this to be very annoying as we were working to a monthly target but we were forecasting every week when I just want to concentrate on my monthly target rather being held to a weekly target if not hit then it didn't go down well with management...numbers constantly watched
