      Free tshirts, vouchers sometimes, flexible locations for work

      Cons

      The leadership team don't trust their employees, the CEO recently took the lead on a big engineering project instead of doing his own job, you can imagine how much trust he has in our team if he did that. It was very bad for morale. Alot of people quit this year to go somewhere else and I don't blame them, people on my team are talking about leaving aswell

      Pto Flexibility depending on your manager

      Cons

      They are trimming the fat so often you never know when you’ll be next. They are not going to have anything left. Getting rid of very talented people and restructuring annually with no plan at all. Are they going under, selling, or looking to be a small company again? Idk but something I not right
