      Pros

      Management give encouragement to step up to challenges and freedom to take ownership of any aspect you think you can improve. Flexible hours and ability to work remotely. Real culture of respect and helpfulness between staff and customers.

      Cons

      Stay away from the snacks. Some open plan office spaces while by no means packed are quite noisey.

      Pto Flexibility depending on your manager

      Cons

      They are trimming the fat so often you never know when you’ll be next. They are not going to have anything left. Getting rid of very talented people and restructuring annually with no plan at all. Are they going under, selling, or looking to be a small company again? Idk but something I not right
