      Pros

      - you'll be surrounded with hardworking colleagues who genuinely want to see you succeed - very collaborative cross-functional culture, everyone helps each other across sales, legal, finance, CS, etc. - flat hierarchy with little red-tape, you will often get the support you need without much fuss - the platform itself is super intuitive, user-friendly, very focused on customer experience

      Cons

      - if you're in sales, expect to focus 80-90% of your efforts on outbound and pipeline generation - product roadmap is often questionable; the features and integrations that customers actually request for seem to be ignored, especially if you support an emerging market - competition

      - Strong product - Friendly team who is great to work with - Amazing office in middle of the loop in downtown Chicago

      Cons

      - Growing brand and in a very competitive market in NA, inbound motion is still a work in progress - 401(k) doesn't start until 6 months in

      The product is really good, the team is awesome, some of the best coworkers i have ever worked with

      Cons

      Leadership has no idea what they are doing but expect world class results out of every employee when they have no idea what is going on and offer no support
