      Pros

      Teamleader is a young company with a good name in the Ghent startup area.

      Cons

      - Zero diversity - Boys club - It's time for management to leave - Decisions are made without thinking - HR is immature and unprofessional - If you are good friends with the CEO you'll go places, if not you won't grow within the company - The only thing that matters to management is their C title - There is no room for technical improvement - Horrible pay, they will find all the loopholes to pay you as less as possible - Horrible response to COVID

      nothing i can think of.

      Cons

      No appreciation, no communication with management, poor leadership, no growth, company doesn't invest in their employees, everyone here is now a number no matter how long you been with the company, directors don't listen to employees concerns, things changed since 2018 and is only getting worse as our long timers are leaving due to these reasons. I do not recommend working here, there are too many good opportunities out there to take advantage of!
