      Pros

      There is some new leadership and I really like the direction we are heading. Culture has improved dramatically. Getting better support from my new manager and extended team. Product is really strong, territory is expanding so should be a great opportunity to make good money next fiscal year. The customers I work with are really happy with our solution. Good benefits and pay.

      Cons

      Tools and systems are tough to work with - but I have heard there is a project to make these more efficient for ssales

      Good team Great communication Access to snacks and drinks Benefits and access to tools like LinkedIn learning Tuition reimbursement 401k match after some time

      Cons

      Company pushing to resolve faster Bonuses tied not to how well you do your job, but how well you make other teams to do their jobs. Managers will make you take the blame for their mistakes.
