      The kids are fantastic to work with.

      Cons

      The owners are not honest about their expectations, Coaches have no control over their practices. Owners sabotage coaches to parents. Turn over is high. Will tell you anything to manipulate you.

      Working for them, none. You don’t even get to know your swimmers because you move locations to hide that they’re a revolving door of coaches

      Cons

      Crazy hours, they call last minute for practices. Dishonest owners. Low pay. Can’t write your own practices.
