      They sold the company which was unfortunate and they changed the pay standards even after saying it wouldn't change.

      Working for them, none. You don’t even get to know your swimmers because you move locations to hide that they’re a revolving door of coaches

      Cons

      Crazy hours, they call last minute for practices. Dishonest owners. Low pay. Can’t write your own practices.
