Work in interesting projects, flexible working hours, any time you reach out for help in any aspect of the company you always get an answer back.
Cons
Not so much of a con but a nice to have would be having some sort of allocated budget aside from your salary so it could be used exclusively for courses, certificates, learning material, etc.
