Leadership is very supportive and culture is amazing. Interesting clients and plenty of growth opportunties if you are smart & diligent.

Benefits could be stronger (expl. 401K match) and deadlines can be demanding (but this is no news in finance/ accounting).

Parent company was very detached and sometimes did not seem to understand our operations Updates were rushed and understanding benefits was often difficult and obfuscated by third parties Management could have weird communication expectations. Not necessarily mind-reading expected, but they weren't always clear about expectations.
