      This is a franchise and the management of the Newtown, PA location has the goal to make fans of the the clients, the employees, and their vendors. a good seat of people that are willing to help each other and management that cares about the employees. Solid and encouraged personal and professional growth Fair pay with a generous profit sharing package if necessary personal time is granted with a minimum of fuss and bother.

      Hard working team with lots of potential. Leadership is always open to contructive criticism

      Cons

      There is always room to improve Wish there was more time to get to the root cause of issues everytime. We generally do, but sometimes the demands of the other clients don't accomodate spending more time on a ticket.

      The hours are nice 8am-5pm Mon-Fri

      Cons

      The owner is very rude and there are so many things that are undocumented. It makes trying to learn the environment difficult. The owner also likes to belittle people in front of everyone else and is extremely unprofessional. This is by far the worst place I have ever worked in my 20 years of IT work.
