      Pros

      Friendly environment with a great understanding of employees needs. Training is available as and when you need it or request for it. If you want to gain more experience the help is there or if you want to move further in your career path the management will help plan that out. This is the best place I have worked and I plan on carrying on working here in the future. Fully remote as well so I can work from home. A great strength as not tied to an office. Everyday can be different so not stuck with the same issue and get to learn a lot more.

      Pros

      Hard working team with lots of potential. Leadership is always open to contructive criticism

      Cons

      There is always room to improve Wish there was more time to get to the root cause of issues everytime. We generally do, but sometimes the demands of the other clients don't accomodate spending more time on a ticket.

      The hours are nice 8am-5pm Mon-Fri

      Cons

      The owner is very rude and there are so many things that are undocumented. It makes trying to learn the environment difficult. The owner also likes to belittle people in front of everyone else and is extremely unprofessional. This is by far the worst place I have ever worked in my 20 years of IT work.
