Pros

Company is a national MSP chain. Lots of resources and people to talk to and ask questions. Marketing materials are provided.

Cons

Each branch is an independent franchise and not every owner is a good one. My luck got me a bad owner who didn't behave morally or entirely legally in regards to statements to clients, employee management or marketing. Franchises are locked into using certain software/procedures so freedom to find the best solutions are limited. Making changes to things like emails or employee access can be very slow as you are forced to wait for corporate to make changes. Owners are not vetted (to my knowledge) for competence or fit. Just come up with enough money and you're in, which can lead to branch issues.

Pros

Hard working team with lots of potential. Leadership is always open to contructive criticism

Cons

There is always room to improve Wish there was more time to get to the root cause of issues everytime. We generally do, but sometimes the demands of the other clients don't accomodate spending more time on a ticket.

Pros

The hours are nice 8am-5pm Mon-Fri

Cons

The owner is very rude and there are so many things that are undocumented. It makes trying to learn the environment difficult. The owner also likes to belittle people in front of everyone else and is extremely unprofessional. This is by far the worst place I have ever worked in my 20 years of IT work.
