Pros

Set hours and days - regular schedule. Great benefits. Commissions not capped Bonus opportunities and contest to win extra money. Competitive pay. Casual dress, very nice to be comfortable. Somewhat Seasonal business so time to catch your breath and get organized during slower months. Once you are trained, product remains consistent Set territories with daily incoming leads. Flexible schedule opportunities if meeting sales goals. Company holiday 2 weeks at Christmas for all employees

Cons

During busy season it is very busy. Customers sometimes are demanding Takes awhile to be fully trained on all products. Must be organized to manage incoming leads with large territories.

Pros

All holidays off Occasional free food Hour long lunch break

Cons

No consideration for the art department . The art department is what makes the company. The sales representatives wouldn't have anything to sell without the art department. You are given a deadline, told to disregard your other priorities, then third parties blame you for things not getting done that your boss originally told you not to be concerned with. Boss takes NO blame and makes it seem like it was all your fault. Consistently thrown under the bus to save ones own self. The art department does about 6 people worth of work, and there were only 2 workers with little effort to hire more people. New, unskilled associates were brought in because the owner assumes anybody can do anything, but pays them less that what the other associates that are doing the same job are making. Money hungry and don't want to pay people what they deserve. Too busy worrying about their mansion and their boyfriend to be concerned with their associates. Lots of unrealistic deadlines and flip flopping of policies. Lots of gossip without caring if the person being gossiped about will hear. Racist comments made repeatedly in the warehouse ..offices..etc ..so not a care who here's or who it's being said to. Very unorganized. Lots of drama with attorneys and associates. Interns are used and not given enough credit. Owners gossip about you instead of addressing whatever personal issues they have with you directly. The list goes on.
