Pros

At the end of every quarter if you hit your production standards, you receive an incentive check which is actually pretty substantial. Flexible work hours which is great if you go to school or have children. Good benefits & 401K.

Cons

The pay could be much better, I know several people who have to supplement their income with a second job. Not much room for growth. lots of gossip.

Pros

Lots of autonomy, Decent pay if you are making bonus. Very competent colleagues. Complex patients. Opportunities to transfer due to size of org.

Cons

Weak connection between senior leadership and providers in the field. There is no 'culture'. You work within a multi-billion dollar company, owned by a trillion dollar private equity. Lousy benefits considering this. 3% match on 401k is below industry average. PTO is accrued, not automatic; the amount is 'just average'; especially compared to how much you'll work. No continuing education perks, like continuing education PTO or notable reimbursement. I received $2000/year at my last role. Lots of charting and lots of charting expectations.
