If you are in the right department: Flex Schedule, work from home and amazing direct supervisors.

Cons

Minimal merit increase No stipend for Utilities, Internet or Cell Phone Usage Unrealistic expectations for employees and direct supervisors from upper management. Empty promises on bonus. Burnt out employees.
