People are great but admin employees are not valued - Human Resources TeamHealth Employee Review

Pros

Largely, it's a very collaborative environment and people are willing to step in and help out where they can. Culture is defined by individual departments and they vary drastically but work-life balance is encouraged overall and their PTO is pretty generous.

Cons

Administrative employees are not valued nearly as much as clinical employees. The company is built so the clinicians are essentially the business and we are designed to serve them -- it creates a bit of a divide. Lack of direction is also a problem. We're asked to "figure it out" with little to no help/resources/money. Compensations varies because it's solely based on how willing your manager is to stand up for you. Annual reviews mean literally nothing.

Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience working at TeamHealth. The organization truly prioritizes both its patients and its employees, which creates a strong sense of purpose in the work we do every day. One of the standout aspects is the collaborative and supportive culture. Leadership is approachable, communicative, and invested in helping teams succeed. There’s a genuine focus on continuous improvement, and employees are encouraged to share ideas and be part of driving change. TeamHealth also offers strong opportunities for growth and development. Whether it’s through formal programs or on-the-job learning, there’s a clear commitment to helping employees advance their careers. The company does a great job recognizing contributions and fostering a sense of belonging across teams. Pros: Supportive and engaged leadership Collaborative, team-oriented culture Opportunities for career growth and development Meaningful work that impacts patient care

Cons

Like many growing organizations, processes can evolve quickly, which requires adaptability
