Pros

Hospital was a great place to work.

Cons

You have to watch your paycheck with and eagle eye. Your contract is meaningless if it benefits the company its upheld if it doesn't then your out. If you happen to get PTO they will use it to their benefit. They will not meet contracted hours then take your PTO to meet contracted hours even when you do ask for PTO. They will drive the PTO balance neg then make you payback your contracted hours. EMPLOYEE Beware of this company.

I’ve had a very positive experience working at TeamHealth. The organization truly prioritizes both its patients and its employees, which creates a strong sense of purpose in the work we do every day. One of the standout aspects is the collaborative and supportive culture. Leadership is approachable, communicative, and invested in helping teams succeed. There’s a genuine focus on continuous improvement, and employees are encouraged to share ideas and be part of driving change. TeamHealth also offers strong opportunities for growth and development. Whether it’s through formal programs or on-the-job learning, there’s a clear commitment to helping employees advance their careers. The company does a great job recognizing contributions and fostering a sense of belonging across teams.
