Pros

Decent pay. Good benefits. Love having Black Friday and Christmas Eve as a paid holiday. TeamHealth seems to try to provide extras for their employees such as a gym with free classes, on site mini Mart in the lunch room, vendors coming for different lunch options. They have an employee appreciation day and we have 2 free catered lunches a year so you can tell there has been effort put forth to have employees feel appreciated. We have previously had free outings to a basketball game and a baseball game but that hasn't happened in quite some time.

Cons

The office is cliquey. Upper management has favorites and have their pet employees hang out in their office/cubicle to chit chat.

Thank you for your review and work with our company. We have made an effort to ramp up our associate appreciation efforts because they are so important to our culture and all that we are able to accomplish. Thank you for your advice to our management team and ideas on what we can improve.

Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience working at TeamHealth. The organization truly prioritizes both its patients and its employees, which creates a strong sense of purpose in the work we do every day. One of the standout aspects is the collaborative and supportive culture. Leadership is approachable, communicative, and invested in helping teams succeed. There’s a genuine focus on continuous improvement, and employees are encouraged to share ideas and be part of driving change. TeamHealth also offers strong opportunities for growth and development. Whether it’s through formal programs or on-the-job learning, there’s a clear commitment to helping employees advance their careers. The company does a great job recognizing contributions and fostering a sense of belonging across teams. Pros: Supportive and engaged leadership Collaborative, team-oriented culture Opportunities for career growth and development Meaningful work that impacts patient care

Cons

Like many growing organizations, processes can evolve quickly, which requires adaptability
