Pros

I work in Provider Enrollment department and although it can seem as Provider Enrollment is the department that wears many hats, we do it with so much pride and dedication. The management staff is AWESOME. Tonya White is the BOMB! I could not have asked for a better person to work alongside. She's understanding and listens! I love the workload. I love the schedule. I love the environment and the benefits are good.

Cons

Some of the department staff can be catty and seem to find everything to complain about but that's because they're spoiled! The pay could be much higher especially in Provider Enrollment. For all the work that we do, the starting pay should be at least $19.00.
