Pros

Generous PTO. Clean, comfortable, and safe work environment. Management is certainly not over bearing. Laid back dress code. Friendly welcoming staff.

Cons

Highly repetitive/dull work. Rough scheduling/getting time off is a pain unless you planned it 3 months in advance which is kind of unrealistic. Open 24/7. Meager annual raises. Poor performance incentives. It's easy to feel unappreciated. Above average turnover. Base pay is not great, but they offer more money to work the worst hours. It kind of feels like you're being punished for not working late/weekends rather than being incentivised to do so. For example taking one Saturday or Sunday (not even both just one) off a month will cost you about 160 bucks. The tiered pay structure also feels intentionally confusing, so you're never really sure exactly what your check is going to be.

Whether it’s through formal programs or on-the-job learning, there’s a clear commitment to helping employees advance their careers. The company does a great job recognizing contributions and fostering a sense of belonging across teams.
