Pros

Close to downtown Fort Worth

Cons

Working at Team Global was one of the most frustrating professional experiences I’ve had. The company presents itself as a respected recruiting partner for top aviation and engineering clients, but behind the scenes, it’s full of dysfunction, poor leadership, and misleading practices. The pay ranges discussed during hiring do not match what employees actually receive, and promises of raises or reviews are rarely followed through. Management lacks transparency and often avoids accountability. The executive assistant contributes very little beyond trying to micromanage everyone in the building, creating a tense and unproductive atmosphere. A data breach exposed PTO and payroll information, and instead of handling it professionally, leadership tried to “reconstruct” employee data from emails and paystubs — leading to inaccurate wage deductions and confusion. Employees had no reliable access to their own records, and communication was minimal at best. While the company name-drops major clients like Boeing and Bell Flight, many of those organizations no longer rely on Team Global’s services due to poor quality and reliability. The internal culture simply doesn’t match the level of professionalism those clients expect. In short, this company struggles with honesty, organization, and respect for its employees. Unless there’s a complete overhaul in management and process integrity, Team Global is not a place I’d recommend to anyone serious about their career.

Pros

Family experience in a company, one of the very few that offers benefits as well as a 401(k) with a company match for contract employees.

Cons

We only work on contract positions, and mainly for defense contractors. Not a con, but the best we can do.

Pros

Lucky for you the Team around you is great to work with and will do everything to help you as much as possible.

Cons

The amount of pressure that this job brings is not for everyone. Upper management will make you think that you are family and everything, but in reality they only want what money you can get for them and that’s the end of it. The company is ran by the CEO’s “personal assistant” yet they want you to believe otherwise, and she will see everything you do and report it back to the CEO if she has any personal feelings against you. The pay is also not good here, they constantly offer 20-15k under what is advertised in offers of ”incentive” based pay bumps but in reality it won’t ever come unless of course they like you. Everything is also a competition here, when your team or you do good you expect a bonus at the end of the year or quarter? Nope, except to play ski ball or shoot a basketball or jenga to play and have a chance at winning 20 dollars. And don’t expect it to be during production hour only after 5 because it cost the company time and money. The company is also in massive decline right now as number have gone down due to poor management and bad decisions making skills that lack the understanding of team work. This due to two people thinking that they know everything, so tension is at all time highs to produce. The company had a data breach from what it looked like, no one was informed and the they have one IT Person trying to clean up the entire mess of the company’s lack of up to date systems, another taking point. This company preaches advanced technologies and yet uses HCL lotus notes and refurbished hardware that hardly works, the ATS/CRM is out of date and they invest no money into any other new systems or technologies. Don’t bother there are other contracts houses that will pay and treat you better.
