TeamDynamix provides amazing opportunities for career growth. I can't begin to express just how much my skill set has developed from working with the talented people on the team. There's always plenty of work to get done, and TeamDynamix places an emphasis on doing it right rather than just getting it done. The atmosphere is very laid back and casual, but that typically doesn't affect anyone's ability to get their work done. It's the kind of place where I find myself looking at the clock and thinking "Wow it's that late already?" rather than "Just two more hours until I can get out of here..." The office itself is open, meaning that there are no cubicles and most people don't have offices. This creates a rather friendly atmosphere that strongly promotes collaboration (although it can admittedly be a little distracting at times).
