      Pros

      Company seems legitimate but they ask for candidates that are project managers when in reality they need working superintendents.

      Cons

      Expectations set are that you must perform more duties than the title they give you would actually do.

      We've grown a lot as a company since 2018 -- we are actively hiring both Project Managers (can work remotely, but must do occasional job site visits) and Construction Managers (aka working superintendents, which are 100% travel roles).

      Service Department is outstanding, very supportive to get the job done right.

      Cons

      With the labor shortage as it is, hiring technicians that meet the standards continues to be difficult.

      Not even hours to go around. Too much overnight travel.
