Most co-workers are fun to be around and feel like family. Small town dealership feel. Management and employees are very honest and upfront with customers. Owner actually knows your name.
Cons
Terrible work / life balance. Employer does not contribute to 401k. Other dealerships have higher pay for the same position. Always short staffed in my department. Managers continue to add to workload without compensation.
