Fast-growing solar company that managed to take advantage of the market situation and combination of the Founders´skills. A few things that I personally found compelling: - Quick desicion making process: You can reach the the person in charge with just a call. - Management is responsive to innovations and proposals if it improves the business process and overall communication - Show your worth and you will get respective benefits - Friendly corporate culture witha startup spirit
Cons
As a stratup Team Sunshine is still establishing and evolving in terms of the business process. However, it gives an opportunity to take active participation in creating one.
