      Pros

      There are no pros. Worst 9 months of my work life. Do not recommend working for this company. Nepotism in HR and Management caused major problems.

      Cons

      PAY CHECK BOUNCED, poor pay, poor leadership,management would not answer emails, lied to me about job description, travel on weekends not payable, away from home 6 of 9 months when I was told this would not happen. Supposed to have 3 month review and did not happen. The list goes on and on. Quit after 9 months of being treated like this.

      Pros

      Great people work at this company. Everyone is pleasant and hard working. As the name suggests, it really is a team effort working here and it shows - the company has grown threefold during my employment here. The benefits are great, 3 weeks vacation, health, dental all included.

      Cons

      Some office drama is always stirring, but is no different than anywhere else. Small company so there is not much room to grow.
