      -micromanagement -treating employees like school kids -no freedom to express your opinion -using old stationary phones as a way of communication instead of skype for business -small desks plus strict rule offices make you feel like you are in prison -hostile worknig environment -low salary

      Pros

      A lot of the people at the office are very sweet and willing to help. Transportation is paid.

      Cons

      too many to count.. but some big ones are: - Micromanagement - Office bullying and politics - Systems and computers are 10+ years old and barely work. - Very old-fashioned and unwilling to adapt to the new age of technology and managing methods - Treat their staff like robots and dispensable cattle using fear tactics to keep them in line.
