Pros

-Fun atmosphere -Supportive management -Ability to work in multiple stadium locations -Discounts in the Pro Shop/Free HOF and Lighthouse access

Cons

-Pay is terrible at minimum wage -HR lacks empathy and compassion in their responses, specifically when pay is discussed for rehires with many years of tenure -Misleading job posting pay -Staff who work the uniform control side are rude and make it uncomfortable to communicate with them -Lack of uniforms- Being given a 4XL jacket is unacceptable when its 3 sizes too big -Long hours working in the cold, followed by waiting for shuttle buses after each shift while off the clock in freezing conditions -Severely lacking pay incentives -Unrealistic expectations for Mandatory Events (Only allowed 2 excused absences out of 30+ Full Stadium Events
