      None that I can think of. Maybe if you are family of one owner or sleep with the other

      Nepotistic Low Pay Owner sleeps with employees No recognition Not professional at all No opportunity for advancement No coaching to improve performance, they just fire you.

      Staff is kind, considerate, and get to know you like family. Pay is exceptional for lower level candidates.

      Can be a bit difficult to adjust to the fast pace if you aren't used to it.
