Pros
- people can be nice, sometimes end up hanging out with them after work hours - "unlimited pto" - if you come into office, you can get free food from the chef that's there - could see it being good for first job or entry level ? - sometimes see teams and get to go to events which is cool
Cons
- hard to have a work life balance even with unlimited pto - pay can be better - not that many promotion chances
