As an aspiring Real Estate Agent the experiences and skills i have been able to develop and be exposed to are second to none. I get the opportunity to speak with some of the biggest and brightest minds in all of Real Estate on a daily basis - where else you'd get that chance is beyond me! In addition, with the company still in its startup phase, you have the ability to take on more, and work within a positive and fun work environment that many startups are known to have. We also pride ourselves on the superior customer service that we provide, which far exceeds the industry standard.

With it still being a startup company, it is expected that there will be some product and internal process issues. However, with the support and confidence of such a renowned company like Keller Williams, it is only a matter of time before this company takes off!

Being backed by Keller Williams, employees thought things would improve based on KW's values and the way they treat their employees. Unfortunately Team Leads remains a separate entity and if Keller Williams were aware of how this company was run, they would disassociate themselves.

MISMANAGED by CEO, unhappy employees quitting without other jobs to go to just to leave. Unhappy client's quitting due to product and lack of professionalism launching their systems. Stressful working conditions, hard work and dedication not recognized or appreciated, popularity contest when it comes to promotions, unrealistic expectations. Young staff full of gossip and backstabbing, no room for growth, only laterally.
