No proper requirement documentation; QA is expected to test without clarity QA is not involved in requirement discussions or planning meetings Developers and PMs make decisions without including QA Blame is shifted to QA when bugs are missed due to unclear requirements Salaries are consistently delayed despite promised timelines (15th–20th) Salary delays are a regular issue, even for senior employees HR team is unresponsive and lacks professionalism No proper communication or accountability from management Poor time management and completely unstructured workflow

They don’t pay you salary, delaying for months and months. It’s already mid of May and employees haven’t got their salary since January, employees should put a case on this company, but I wonder how they are patiently waiting for their salary, very bad.
